What is A Plant identification Number (PIN)?We wanted to create a better way to care and manage the health of the plants that we installed in customers yards. That is why in 2025 we stated the Plant Identification Number program. This way we can keep better track of the health of each plant we install. Knowing if there plant needs anything and to help keep the customer informed about the health of there plants. All this information is Kept in our in house management software called (My Landscape OS ). This way our staff can keep track of your landscape health and know what it needs and doesn't need. We are alway improving this software to make it more useful.

How to I Process A Warranty Claim.We make it super easy to use your warranty protection if something goes wrong. First is the warranty protection from a plant or a hardscaping. Once you know which category it is. Go to our warranty page on our website and fill out the form in the correct category. Make sure you fill out the claim in the right category or nothing will happen. Once you fill out all the information and submit it. We will reach out and discuss the Possible solutions. Depending on how you file the claim it will determine the solutions that we can offer you. We have pre set solution for each way the warranty form was filled out. If you have any questions reach out to customer support. Remember our goal is to provide the best possible experience when using our service. So we will do everything we can to make you happy.

How to use Our Plant Protection Warranty.So you had us plant some plants in your yard. But you noticed one is not doing well. First thing is contact customer support to see if there is anything you plant is missing to help support its growth. But if you plant did die and there is nothing more to help keep it alive. You can now use your warranty protection. Visit our warranty selection of our website and select plant warranty application. Just so you know some plants are not covered by our one year warranty so you will not be able to send a request for these plants. But once you fill out the form we will reach out within 48 hours. To discuss the possible solution. When it comes to plants. We will come out and located the Plant Idfection number (PIN). This is something we are starting in 2025 to better monitor plants that we install in our customer landscapes. We may have the number already in our system if you only had one installed. But we will let you know. Once we have determined that the plant die by no mistake of the client. We will get you on the calendar for a replacement. Max of only 3 plants can be replaced per customer.
